This and Every 4th Sunday

In case you were not aware, or maybe you forgot.  Every fourth Sunday of the month at 720 music Clothing Cafe, is Sunday Best.

Word Play

Awww, its Spring. Flowers blooming, trees budding.  Spring always sparks my creativity  in a myriad of ways when it rolls around.  I get particularly inspired as it pertains to poetry and other things arty during this season. Now is a perfect time for 720 to introduce Word Play open mic poetry.  Beginning Thursday April 28 @ 8pm.  Every fourth Thursday of the month after that, same time, same place.  Be sure to tell your friends, and schedule it in your mobile device to spend time with us.  Be sure to "check in" at Foursquare, Loopt, or Yelp once you arrive! Free admission before 9pm, then only $5 after 9pm.  Enjoy a cappuccino, and indulge in Word Play, hosted by Luqmon Abdus-Salaam

Yoga @ 720

The term power yoga came into common usage in the mid 1990's when several yoga teachers were looking for a way to make Ashtanga yoga more accessible to western students.  Unlike Ashtanga, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses.  Therefore, any power yoga class can vary widely from the next.  What they have in common is an emphasis on strength and flexibility.  The advent of power yoga heralded yogas current popularity, as people began to see yoga as a way to work out.  Power yoga brought yoga into the gyms of America.

Here at 720 we want to tone, heal, and strengthen your mind, body, and soul...I am very excited to announce that Power Yoga has come to 720 Music Clothing Cafe in Lawrenceville.  Beginning this Thursday April 21st, lead by Asana certified yoga instructor, Leigh Garbo.  Class is every Thursday morning at 9:45am until 10:45am.  Please bring your yoga mat, block and other yoga accessories that you use during your practice.  Don't forget your towel.  Feel free to bring a water bottle, or you could purchase water in the cafe.

Each class is only $5.  Tell your friends that live in Lawrenceville and throughout the city.  This class is open to all levels of discipline
